Heads for those of you who might be attending ConStellation in Lincoln, NE, this weekend, 4/15-4/17. I’ll be there doing a panels on podcasting, horror as a genre, plus two readings, all of which, I believe, are on Saturday, 4/16. This will be my first time at this convention, so I’m looking forward to seeing what the folks in Lincoln have put together.

The rest of the month of October is going to be busy on Ye Olde Fiction Circuit. October 22-24 – Mile Hi Con – Denver, Co: I’ll be doing a panel on the Resurgence of All Things Pulp, joining the SF Poetry Slam, plus doing a reading and a book signing. October 28-31 – World Fantasy Convention – Columbus, OH: I don’t know if I’ve gotten on any panels yet, but I’m planning on taking part in the Mass Autograph/Book Signing Session, and hopefully doing a reading as well. If you’re attending any of these events, look me up!

Writers Jam at Krypton Comics

I’m looking forward to hanging out with other Omaha-area authors and writers at the upcoming Writers Jam at Krypton Comics. The Writers Jam will feature Chloe Neill, Marcus Pelegrimas, Matt Rotundo, Kylie Kinley, and yours truly. We’ll discuss writing as a craft and a business at this Writers Jam, possibly the first of a series. So come on down and jam! Upcoming Author Panel – Border’s Shadow Lake

I will be participating at the Sarpy Area Arts Council “Arts Alive” Festival to be held at Shadow Lake Town Centre in Papillion, Nebraska, on Sunday, September 13, 2009. The author panel will consist of yours truly, along with Chloe Neill, Victoria Alexander, and Paul Rea, to be held at the Shadow Lake Border’s store, at 2:00 p.m. The topic of the panel is yet to be determined, but all of us will be there for discussion and signing books afterward.
